Product 01 / NAV & Fund Accounting

Same NAV,whoever recomputes it.

Syncrone computes daily NAV for every wallet, protocol and chain from chain state, under your valuation policy, and keeps the raw figure one click from the adjusted one. Periods lock at close. Every number traces to the block that produced it.

Fund NAV breaks down into protocols, positions, events and the transaction behind each one: chain, block height, timestamp, hash, price source and value at that block. An auditor samples from the same view your team closes in.

§ 02 · Capabilities

Everything between chain stateand a signed-off NAV.

  1. 01

    Daily NAV from chain state

Positions are read and priced at the block, not imported from a balance snapshot. Lending, LP, staking, vault, PT and perp positions are valued natively, with look-through to the tokens underneath.

    • Daily and intraday
    • Look-through pricing
    • Spam tokens filtered out
  2. 02

    One valuation policy

Set pricing sources and NAV settings once for the organization. Every wallet and every period is valued under the same policy, and each report records the parameters it was generated with.

    • Price source per asset
    • Parameters stored per report
  3. 03

Raw and adjusted, side by side

When an oracle is stale or a position needs a mark, record an adjustment. The raw on-chain figure is preserved, and the adjusted NAV carries the difference with an author, a timestamp and a reason.

    • Position-level adjustments
    • Raw value always one click away
  4. 04

Off-chain positions in the same book

Side pockets and holdings outside on-chain indexing are entered as manual positions and valued by the same engine, so NAV covers the whole fund, not only the part on-chain.

    • Manual positions
    • One NAV for the fund
  5. 05

    Periods that stay closed

Finalize a report and its period locks, enforced by the database and not only the interface. A Q3 report reads the same in Q4 unless someone deliberately unlocks and reissues it.

    • Generated → Finalized → Delivered → Archived
  6. 06

    LP statements

Period NAV, TWR, cash flows and positions in a branded view for LPs and their auditors. Recipients get the finalized report; access to the live book is granted only on request.

    • Capital account statements
    • Shared without app access

§ 04 · Who uses it

Read by the peoplewho sign off on it.

§ 05 · In practice

How it worksin practice.

Does Syncrone replace our fund administrator?

No. Syncrone produces the on-chain book an administrator works from: positions, valuations, cash flows and a block-level trail. Your administrator keeps the official NAV sign-off and investor services, and starts from a reconciled ledger instead of wallet exports.

How are assets priced?

At the block, per asset, from the source set in your valuation policy. Every event in the audit trail records the source used, such as a Chainlink feed, a PT implied-rate curve or a venue's mark price.

What happens when a price is wrong?

Record an adjustment at the position level. The raw value stays visible, the adjusted NAV shows the difference, and the record carries who made it, when and why. A finalized period only changes through an explicit unlock and reissue.

Is a finalized report an audit opinion?

No. A finalized report is a locked record of the period that an auditor can test against the chain. The opinion remains your auditor's.
